Absolutely Zippo #11
Absolutely Zippo is an ongoing punk-zine published by Robert “Eggplant.” Eggplant started Zippo in 1987 to document the events of the East Bay punk scene. Contributors have included Aaron Cometbus, Eric Yee, Janelle Hessig, Michelle Cruz Gonzales, Billie Joe Armstrong, Jesse Michaels, and Lawrence Livermore. Eggplant was also a member of Blatz, The Hope Bombs, Harbinger, and Lil' Runt, as well as a long time volunteer at 924 Gilman and The Long Haul Info Shop. The zine has been compiled and released in a paperback edition entitled Absolutely Zippo!: Anthology Of A Fanzine 1988-1998.
